Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter and Data Controller is JOYOU. World Business Centre 2, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW6 2SF, United Kingdom.
2. This prize draw is open to all residents of the the UK over 21 years of age, except employees of JOYOU or participating partners and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. This competition runs from Friday April 18th 2014 until Thursday 24th April 2014 and may be extended.
4. In order to enter this competition you must submit the required information on the 'Win a Porto Suite' competition page on or before 12pm on Thursday 24th of April 2014.
5. Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
6. Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.
7. The winning entries will be selected in a random draw from correct and valid entries received by the closing date, 3 days after competition close.
8. The winners will be notified by a Facebook message, JOYOU news post and email 3 days after competition close, and will have 48 hours to reply to claim their prize. Winners will be notified with details on how to redeem their prize.
9.The winner will responsible for bathroom installation cost.
10. The winner agrees to participate in public relations exposure regarding this competition.
11. JOYOU has the right to select an alternative winner if:
a. A winner is ineligible to enter the competition.
b. JOYOU is unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of selecting the winner
c. The winner is unable to have the bathroom installed.
d. The winner is under 21 or unable to provide proof of age within 24 hours of notification
12. The decision of JOYOU regarding the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.
13. J JOYOU will pay for delivery and the prize will be delivered no later than 45 days after competition entry.
14. The prize is a Porto Bathroom suite as displayed on the website at https://www.joyou.co.uk and does not include installation.
15. No cash alternative will be offered, but the winner may choose another item or items of equal or lesser value. The prize is non-transferable.
16. JOYOU accepts no responsibility for the winner's failure to be able take delivery or install the suite.
17. JOYOU reserves the right to amend, extend, modify, cancel or withdraw this free competition at any time without notice.
