If you ring them they should be able to find you from your old address details so you can change your address with them. Not sure if theyll give you your account number over the phone they might have to send it via the post.

That will be the same as the .pdf for each department you get on the site I presume. I usually download it and work my way through it too. Wish they would hurry up and put it up as I like to take my time to go through it all and make my wish list. I couldn't get the 3 digit code to work last time so fingers crossed for this time. For once I am not looking for kids stuff which is just as well as it is usually thin on the ground by the time I get through. Does anyone else find that the website crashes on them every sale day? I always end up having to phone my order in and you know how long that takes.

Happened to me to - had just put all my order in, was almost at the end of the vip slot and it crashed and lost all my order :eek:

my secret is, especially if there's a free delivery code available, add a few items to basket and check out, and keep repeating that process due to the site crashing continuously during the sales, at least you wont loose your whole basket and just a few items !!
p.s except the VIP slots as there is no-way of adding free delivery

Hi alll another one looking forward to the NEXT sale, only spent £70 last year, got a gorgeous work coat and leather shoes for half the instore price the previous day! This year I am likely to spend over £100, their clothes are excellent quality

i've found the form for choosing your booking slot but it says its for selected customers only when i try and register my time slot (i.e not me then!) guess if the emails haven't been sent out yet that it will probably show as no-one having been invited yet...

when i click on that link it says vip registrations starting soon, please check back.. doesnt give me the option to book a slot ... i thought the emails werent expected until tuesday?
