Phone customer services on 0845 600 7000 - enquire about time slots for next to call (they call you and then you place an order) i've just rung and asked if are doing that this year and she said "oh i'm sorry you must not have been selected this year" then stated "i can put you through to the manager to see if she can get a time slot for you!!"

Give them a bell - and blag it!!!

If staff can purchase before even the VIP slots are active then those without VIP slots dont stand a chance then.

I think that's how the code got leaked last year, it was before the VIPs had started shopping so I am guessing the person who passed the code on was a member of staff?
