That's what happened to me yesterday. I ordered off the sales list page, never said they were maternity on there, also received some petite things too...grrr.

Next related question sorry if anybody minds!
2 days ago recieved a cardigan for my birthday -just tried it on doesn't fit-has all the next tags etc still attached and a price of £40, will i be allowed to return it for an exchange without reciept today or not? Any possiblity for a gift card instead-A badly timed birthday this year!

i return loads of stuff without receipt (I loose them!) usually exchange for something, but am sure they can give you a voucher instead

hiya u should be able to today but not as of tomorrow as they will give you sale price for it and they dont usually accept returns for a few days after the sale,take it nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!! lol. and our local store usually shuts at 3 on the day before the sale too.

Hi there, you will get a refund card, not a gift card.

Alternatively exchange for something from the new range (think most stores have some new stuff in already, mine does & its only a small store) then take that back after the sales when there is something you want

I have taken stuff back after the sale & it was bought pre sale at full price & i got full price back for it (It didnt have red spot on the tag) might depend on store though, that was why I said if there isnt anything you want & dont like to ask for refund voucher I would just swap for something from the new range & take that back after
