yahoooo ... managed to order finally. The mistake I was making was going to quickshop and trying to add the items did not realise I had to have them ready before and use those pages. Thanks guys.

I completed my order using gv5 and it all got confirmed and order completed, but I have not recieved a confirmation email yet, has anyone else recieved their confirmation email

can you explain 'have them ready before' please, I'm getting nowhere!!!!!!!!!

you must enter your catologue item number with GV5 and not x39 as i was trying to do. just ordered about 10 mins ago and worked fine for me.

I don't think it works with this method. No promotional code is accepted through the vip login.

I pre-logged in with a promo code and followed the instructions. Got the sales items but no free del. code. Good enough for me though.

You can't use free deilvery codes with the sales anyway, Maz so not to worry!

Thanks everyone who has posted up how to do this and for the links, i couldn't get it to work going to the "my account" at the bottom of the page or by logging in and then going to another browser window - it just wouldnt work for me, I tried signing in on the vip page - said I wasn't allowed access and then opened another browser window and just went to the next homepage, clicked on the quickshop and then changed last 3 digits, it remembered my login from the vip page. Everything came up half price!!!
