Yup and yup. I always order online and they most definately have my email address as I always get emails from them advertising their latest range etc and my orders are always confirmed by email as well :cool:

yes i didnt get the original email but guess its in their system as somonee mentiond they arrive at different times so i presume my account is activated already if that makes sense?

emweaver - I did not and have still not had an email inviting me to the VIP sale but I got my timeslot by logging into the link I posted above.
If others are still having trouble I can only assume that I was going to / am going to get an email and maybe others weren't

those who cant book a slot online if you ring they can book a telephone slot for sat morning before the sale starts for the rest of their customers. i know its not as good but its something i suppose

Yes tried typing that link and nothing, so I guess as always I don't get a slot! Can't do telephone or go to the store on Saturday as we are going to Manchester for the day!

Fingers are crossed that someone has the 3 digits.

the telephone slots are hourly slots from 7-9.30 and they will ring u on ur mobile, so can make a list to take with u
