Question about Free Eyetests

Hi

Looking for advice on the 'free eye tests vouchers'. A few years back I used to see those on the regular in magazines and newspapers - I don't seem as regularly now. If I do its for either Boots or Specsavers (i know tesco's eye tests are free).

But I'm desperately after a VisionExpress voucher as that's where, the frames I'd like the most are.

I know if you register on their website, one can have 1/2 price + 10 off.....BUT I'm defiantly after a better deal as the frames and especially my lenses cost so much.

Has anyone seen any recent 'free test' for visionexpress?:A

Once you've had an eyetest, paid or otherwise, you can then take the prescription to any opticians, incl vision express, for dispensing.
