it varies, it's usually the following day but sometimes longer, once I waited over a week :eek: but don't worry the points are always added on0 -

ive been a member of consumer pulse for a long time now, but i tend to forget about it and not fill in the purchases, it really is a good site and it is one of few that pay the members.
i have already earnt a couple of vouchers and they came in the post a couple of weeks later.
but now i think about it if i just keep stacking up the points maybe i can get enough vouchers for a new TV or Xbox!
Thanks for reminding me about this site, im going to see if my account is still active, i heard they purge in-active members!
For some time now, they have been sending out a reminder e-mail at the beginning of the week so you can at least remember to sign in and get your 500 points for not buying anything.
If you haven't been receiving that, make sure your e-mail details are up to date.0 -

I've seen a few posts like that on this thread, don't think I've seen anyone else fight it so not been over-turned by anyone as yet. Seems really gutting and I worry for it happening to me- those vouchers they send me are the main way I pay for most of my new clothes.0 -

But I had the rewards page open in a new tab, and although I got locked out of my account, I was able to order my vouchers.:rotfl: :j :beer:
Hope they don't notice, how long does it usually take for vouchers to arrive, and do we get a dispatch notification?

They usually take a couple of weeks to arrive but you don't receive any despatch news. If you received the order confirmation I should think you will be OK.

My partner just got this message too, over £80 in his account. He's emailed to ask how to order vouchers, but don't hold out much hope :-(. Just went to order vouchers from my account just in case
Edit: Just phoned them - someone answered from National Shopping Monitor saying they have had a number of similar calls today, all asking how to access the rewards account. The woman said that the guy who deals with consumer pulse is off today, but that he would phone back tomorrow. I've asked him to email as I'm on holiday first thing tomorrow. Hopefully they will allow us to order our vouchers.0 -

I think this is a lesson to all of us to order the vouchers as soon as we have enough points.
I have been building up my points balance as I have no need for any vouchers at the moment so will now have to decide which to order.0
