    oooh hang on i just logged on again just now and my balance was 21500 :confused: so maybe my vouchers are not on there way yet, double check guys just incase yous havn't gone thru either
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    I had an email from consumer pulse a couple of days ago saying that there was a problem with their points/display and at the moment the points dislayed on the opening page may be incorrect & not removed even if you have ordered your vouchers.

    yeah i got same e mail but when i ordered last vouchers for the first time it did change and go to 0 points and i have just just reordered 2 more vouchers but again didnt get e mail to confirm :confused: strange

  • I always phone them up when i am ordering my vouchers, and they take around 5 days to come never waited no longer then that, but i have had a lot of vouchers of them,

    also i have heard if you have signed up through links that you were not ment to sign though you end up getting booted, as they know who they have asked to join and who has been invited through links

    I ordered 2 Argos vouchers with my points on Wednesday and haven't had a confirmation email yet, do you think this is normal? :confused: It's the first time I've ordered some so I wasn't sure how long they should take.

    I've emailed Consumer Pulse but they haven't got back to me yet. I kept a print out of the page which said I'd ordered.

    Sorry to quote myself but I just wanted to update everyone (or not as the case may be!)...I've still not heard anything, no vouchers, no email confirmation, no reply to the email I sent, weird, does this normally happen?

    My Consumer Pulse account acknowledges that I've ordered the vouchers as my points have gone, and on the reward page where you can see transactions it lists them as being ordered.

    Has anyone else heard anything yet?
