Hello. I emailed the solicitor about the apprenticeship agreement and they replied with this

In answer to your query, you entered into a contract of apprenticeship with my client, not an apprenticeship agreement. An apprenticeship agreement requires training in association with the relevant framework agreement (for example NVQ level 2), whereas your apprenticeship was traditional in structure and approach, as you did not undertake any formal qualifications but rather learnt on the job.

At all relevant times, all parties understood the arrangement to be a traditional apprenticeship and you were paid as such.

    What do I do? :-(

If I were in your position, either go to a free "law centre" (if there is one near where you live) http://www.lawcentres.org.uk/ , or go to a Citizen's Advice Bureau.

Or try calling ACAS on 0300 123 1100
