Covering the extra

We got a new mortgage and agreed not to borrow anymore money at the time, it was a two year deal with the Wollwich. After that we decided we need £10k for debt consolidation but as the mortgage was already in place we couldn't add to it and had to get a current account reserve, (which means an overdraft)! ...of £10K not good! Shortly the two year deal will be up and we would like our next mortgage to cover our existing £51k debt plus incorporate the £10k overdraft from the Woolwich (I'm sure you can imagine we haven't paid much of it off despite not using the account (it's also worth pointing out they've extended the limit twice without telling us!))
So who is best to re-mortgage with and get this settled into one debt?
Thanks for any help!!!

Provided there is enough equity in your house and your income can justify the £61k loan, then you will have the pick of the market - as stated, though it will depend a lot on the current value of your property.
