Sorry bertie, but from an impartial point of view it is you that is making a fool of themselves. Maybe you would be better speaking to the DAS people again, get some more help with your budgeting?

Why, from an impartial point of view you seem very misinformed, not as bad as the other mofos but hell i only asking if i could get a loan. If the answer is an overwhelming no then lets leave it at that.

oh i dont care for impartial points of view nor making a fool of myself, it comes naturally. So really, what is your point?

I did advise it might be wise for you to stop posting, as whilst the responses have been critical the only abusive posts have come from you.

You'd be best posting in the Dfw board, who can advise on how you can best allocate your income, responses there are also generally less critical and more supportive. Though with the approach you've adopted here even they might get a bit sick of you.

    Hi

When did your DAS start, and is your money adviser a CAB, or a local council (money matters) office, or a private company?

From the DAS point of view, you need to be careful about new credit. You can get credit for some things (like the costs for a close relative's funeral :(, or emergency repairs on your house or car), but you have to inform the lender that you're in a DAS.

For anything else, you have to show that the credit is for an 'essential requirement', and you have to make a formal application to the DAS Administrator to vary your programme to allow the new credit.

This is one of the 'standard conditions' of any DAS. So is paying your rent, council tax etc as they fall due.

If you don't stick to those conditions, then your DAS could get revoked.
