Hi just looking at their retention rates and looks like they have gone up by 0.2%. What is the reason for this ?

Yes just noticed that myself, Ive been waiting for a valuation and its dragged on a bit, the cynic in me thinks they've delayed it so the new rates apply to a new deal.0

Rates change up and down with great frequency.
Swap rates in the wider market, changing market share aspirations, profitability demands, the ability to raise savings balances to fund lending and other factors come in to play.0 -
No lender wants to have market leading products during the MMR changeover.
