Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.:)

And so say all of us :) Can't argue with that!

Knowledge is knowing that botanists regard a tomato as a fruit, whilst a greengrocer regards it as a salad vegetable, and that the two definitions are not mutually exclusive.

That's worth another point on QI.:)

You are wrong, it is a Bank Holiday and banks are closed. All public service used to get Good Friday off but some 30 years ago a decision was made to move their holidays to Easter Monday (again a Bank Holiday) and Easter Tuesday, which is now classed as a public holiday.

When I worked for Rover Group in the late 80's early 90's we used to have Good Friday and Easter Monday off.

There was a vote and it was changed to Monday and Tuesday, because the pubs weren't open on Friday afternoon :rotfl:

Whereas the Stormont government changed it 30 years ago as NAR says to provide a resting / hangover recovery day for the Easter Monday marchers. influences more decisions than you'd believe possible in this wee part of the world. ;)
