Clarisonic & other cleansing brushes

Hello,
I currently use the Olay Regenerist cleansing brush. I couldn't afford a Clarisonic at the time. I like it but wish it had the timer bleep- I do think my skin has brightened since I had it.
I am thinking of saving up for a Clarisonic or even the Foreo Luna.
Has anyone else got a cleansing brush? What make have you got and do you rate it? Lastly how long does a head last- one if the things that put me off the Clarisonic was the price of the heads, but if I can get a few months out of one I may change my mind.
Most of my survey companies have an option to be paid in Debenhams vouchers so was going to put them towards ones.
Sorry to fire so many questions off, but you all seem so clued up I thought this would be the best place to ask.
Happy Easter lovelies xx

I've just bought a Clarisonic Aria. See my thread. I read a good bit about it first and got opinions here, from what I gathered, the heads will list a lot longer than they tel you. You aren't meant to push the brush hard against your face anyhow, bad for the skin and wears the brush. I'm hoping to get about six months from the head.Norn Iron Club member 4730

I had a foreo Luna and I didn't like it.... I have had a facial with brushes several times and was thinking about that instead. I am saving my advantage points for Philips visa pure from boots. And obviously hoping for a £99 speacial as they do this a few times a year..0

I've got a rio sonicleanse which is great and has the time. I use it with my regular facial wash every other day. I don't use it as often as recommended as that over stimulates my skin.
My heads last six months, I rinse them well after each use.0 -
I've got a foreo Luna. Absolutely love it.0

I have my Clarisonic Plus since 2009 and love it. You just lightly move it over the face and do not push it into the skin. My heads last 6 months or more. I bought heads from the US ebay much cheaper.0

i saw this tre sonic on QVC & am quite tempted. don't know if it's widely available elsewhere, but at least you can send it back with QVC.
reviews seem positive & Q&A's info interesting, any thoughts?
just found this online review of an older/slightly different treSonic model, very similar though.0 -

The problem will come when you want to buy the heads. They are always out of stock 99% of the time. Does not work the same way as the Clarisonic, the inner head of the Clarisonic goes round and the outer bit vibrates. The Tresonic either just vibrates or goes round. Oh and you will to have to keep buying batteries for it.0 -
i got the Clarisonic and it did not work well on me at all. i had great acne free skin before i got it for a year+ but went through a horrendous purging stage that i'm still trying to sort out because of the scars and it did nothing for my pores.
I definitely should've listened to my mother who always told me to keep skincare as gentle as possible. Especially since she's a 60 years woman with no wrinkles who keeps getting hit on by 30-40 year olds.
Once i stopped using the clarisonic (keep on it for a month btw) and went back to doing what i was doing, everything went back to normal and my pimples were gone literally within 2 nights. Its been a week of doing what i usually do and the redness it gave me has near disappeared. Now to sort out these scars.0 -
