Interview advice

Hi, after plucking up the courage to do something about my stagnant career a month ago, I've already had 3 interviews all of which have been well received I think. I've now reached the stage where I'm being invited back for second interviews.

One interview in particular is, i have to do a presentation for 3 minutes on a interest or subject of my choice (role related I guess). It sounds sad but I don't really have any interests out of work, just getting back on with my life after a failed relationship with DD mother. The role is IT related in which I currently work.

Any ideas on what to pick, other than IT subjects?

I think I will pick a upcoming or new technology and research it in depth over the bank holiday weekend and practice it in front of family to see how my presentation skills are. Fingers crossed!

You have no interests? Everyone does, even if you don't think you do. Gaming is an interest even though most wouldn't admit to it.
  • Thanks Denning, sounds strange but its true. I've decided to present the area of industry that this company represents. Now to work on the material!

You will have an interest dude. Most likely you have an interest in picking out certain things which you think other people may not notice.

Either way, what will you be presenting on?
