I have been meaning to add an avatar to my profile for ages, so this thread has spurred me on to actually do it.

I am from Durham hence my avatar...I am sure some of you will remember the old joke :rotfl:

Just glad Jimmy never 'fixed it' for me when I wrote to him as a child! I 'was' also a Rolf Harris fan. Such a shame...and I am sad to say that there are a few others I would not be surprised to see swinging from the Yewtree in the next year or so....! :(

That doesn't so much give away your age as so rather poor taste I'm afraid...

As a student at that time I was obviously into neighbours but far too cool to like Bros. Although of course one could always say they were never as good once Craig [STRIKE]was booted out for not being pretty enough[/STRIKE] left.

Hee Hee Moneybot I was at school when Bros were top of the charts - I was convinced I would marry Matt and wore ripped jeans and bottle tops attached to my DM's (cringe now mind you!) I don't think I ever saw the film of 'Pink Panther' - but vaguely remember the cartoon, along with Mr Benn, The Flumps, Bagpus, Bod, and of course, the series of wor Byker, Byker Grove, man!

I do love seeing the ostrich avatar - I think it was owned by someone called Daphne01 maybe????. No offence to Daphne as I love her to bits, but every time I see that ostrich with its long neck I get the urge to ring it! cute-blue-bird-laughing-smiley-emoticon.gif
