Using up extra thick cream

I bought a tub of extra thick cream for a cream tea last sunday and still have half the tub left in the fridge. I'm quite fussy on eating dairy so wouldn't want to just eat it after 4 days. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could cook with it? I don't want to just waste it...

Bake some fruit scones and have a cream tea :0)The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0

You can freeze clotted cream. I always freeze it as I can't face a cream tea twice in a short time. In fact the scones freeze well too and so you get a no work cream tea second time round."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

I add cream to carbonara, leek and potato soup, mashed potatoes, scones, and Eton mess mixed 50/50 with plain Greek yogurt to take away some of the richness. It also makes omelettes taste a bit special.0
