Eighth Anniversary First Post Combo Breaker

mortgage paid off recently , the bank say a loan company (PAID OFF YEARS AGO ) still hold a 2nd charge on the house. What does house owner
do next.

    Contact the loan company would be my first bet.

    Request that the charge be removed. One assumes that the debt was repaid.
