Council Gym

I have been a member of my local council gym for a few years. but have only been maybes 4-5 times in the last two years due to injury (last time i attended was last May).

Would i be able to claim back the money i have paid in that period of inactivity (£24.50 per month).?

If you have an injury, the time to discuss suspending your membership / stop paying is when it first happens. There's no hope of a refund months after the event.

And some gyms are more helpful than others: when I completely crocked my shoulder I still had to give 3 months notice, even though it was clear that I wouldn't be able to do anything starting immediately.
