Heya,

I have just received our authorisation through to say we have had it accepted.

However it says we pay the 5% deposit on the amount after the 20% has been taken after the government.

Or do we pay the 5% deposit on the actual purchase price?

    Turns out this was an error! as that would have meant a difference in equity!
