Credit clean up and post BR Credit

I have been discharged now for nearly 2 months now and have started my credit clean up.

So far I have had no major problems with removing defaults except for one - Noddle will not accept the letter from the OR, which says I am discharged etc, as proof to update the discharge date on my credit file.

Any suggestions as I dont want to pay for a court certificate?

Also Vanquis telephoned me today and offered me a credit card, I cant believe it, there is still some debts showing as default and one credit report still says im BR and they offer me a credit card.

I got a Vanquis card a week out of AD with all my bad credit still showing on my account. It wasn't minimum limit either, but interestingly having it has lowered my credit score, which was still showing as 'good' but has gone down to my largest lender only giving me a small amount of credit. It's all a load of complete bollards really.
I found Noddle an impossibility to deal with, so good luck with that one.
