Anyone else had trouble with this company. I have spoken to nine different people from the company now even up to head office. something so simple to sort out and they cant even do that. I paid up my account and is states that I have made the payment but has not come off the balance. All they have to do is adjust it but you just cannot get through to them. Each time they promise to sort it and its never done. I will never ever use this company again.

I have had trouble with Laredoute too. They took too much money out of my account. Like you I contacted them a number of times and they did not act on their promises. In the end I reported them to my credit card company who sorted it out for me.
My advice would be that if they owe you money, contact your bank about it. Otherwise I wouldn't bother trying to deal with them anymore...

Needless to say I'm going to stay clear of Laredoute in the future and advise anyone I know to do so.
