Hi all, just made some sweet potatoe fries in the actifry: 21 mins, drizzle of olive oil as per the instructions on their site. Now, they tasted amazing but not crispy at all. Any ideas or advice?

Hi
sweet potato has a higher water and sugar content so go more caramely than crispy - i use just a touch of EVOO with plenty of salt and pepper with them in my actifry - lush.....Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Oooh. I was hoping for something a little more crispy. Had some amazing ones in a restraunt last week but assume they were deep fried. Does 21ish mins sound enough time for two medium potatoes? The recipe did say crispy fries!0
