Hi all,
Just thought I would let you know a 'first' happened to me today.
I had a bit of a LBM 18months ago and have been slowly sorting my debts out and am no longer spending money that I don't have.
Instead I have envelopes (some literal, some bank accounts) for everything and I add a little every month.
I've always been 'OK'..managing to pay the minimum repayments on my debts, but since my LBM, I have organised my money so much better, and despite no increase in earnings, for the 1st time EVER I have just paid my car insurance in full at the start of the policy. No monthly payments and a premium for the privilege. I am really, really pleased with myself. i have never had the money spare before to do it, so it just shows that organising money better is really important and makes a massive difference. I guess the £300 I just spent would previously have been frittered away on nothing.
Added to that I haggled a cracking deal, I am all pleased with myself this evening!! :T:T
Thanks to everyone who gives advice on this forum, I've learned SO much!
