General form of judgment or order

I hope someone can help me here. Apologies if I am in the wrong place. My daughter went to Derby County Court on 25th March as the defendant for student rent that she was said to owe. She turned up at the time stated but the claimant failed to attend so the case was adjourned. Shea has been awaiting a new hearing date when suddenly this order has arrived from the claimant at our house judging in his favour even though he failed to attend the hearing. She has had no contact herself from the court at her address in Derby. So we are all a little confused.

Best ring the court to see what they say?
I'm sure someone else may have good advice soon.:beer:0 -
The eventual judgement would come direct from the court, not through the claimant.
It does sound like a mistake if the hearing was definitely adjourned on the day but a judgement was generated anyway. Presumably she went in to see the judge - what did he/she say would happen?
I agree with HB - phone the court to see if they can shed light on this.0
