Hi, I searched but couldn't find the info i was looking for.
Do Santander have minimum loan amount on there offset mortgage.

I tried to get the flexible offset with Santander and was told the minimum loan amount was £150,000 with max Loan to Value of 75%. Santander were pretty quick for me. Mortgage agreed 1 Nov, Mortgage valuation 6 November, house purchased 20 Dec.Good, clean fun....MFW #11 2015 £7657 / £8880

you can check on-line using the whats available to me calculator page
£150k+ is available £149999 is not.

if you need less than the min but LTV etc. will work just borrow more and offset.
assuming offset rate 3.09% standard tracker 2.49 and a net saving rate of 1.5% you need to offset 37.7% of the mortgage to break even.0 -
