I have just had the "first" letter from Thames credit asking me to confirm if I am ther person they have written to. I am banking on them not being able to suppl the original signed credit agreement. The only thing that worries me is that they have stated that they will put a notice on my credit file.
Can they do this???????I have just successfully passed a few credit checks - so there cant be a default on my file. Im am waiting for the next letter before I send the "I DO Not Acnlowledge any......."Is this correct????0 -
Just a big thanks to All that helped, with the above quiery.
I took all of your advice and have today recieved a letter stating that Thames Credit were dropping there case against my other half and "Closing their File".
Thanks again

EXCELLENT News dm. It pays to be persistent with these people. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
