I have just had the "first" letter from Thames credit asking me to confirm if I am ther person they have written to. I am banking on them not being able to suppl the original signed credit agreement. The only thing that worries me is that they have stated that they will put a notice on my credit file.
Can they do this???????I have just successfully passed a few credit checks - so there cant be a default on my file. Im am waiting for the next letter before I send the "I DO Not Acnlowledge any......."Is this correct????
