Problems with Lloyds

I have opted to go with Lloyds as my parachute account so that I can claim back charges from my Barclays account.
I opened the Lloyds account online, took i.d to my nearest branch to confirm my identity then today I recieve 2 letters from Lloyds.
The first one told me I was £2 overdrawn!!!!!!!! I've only just opened the account so whats happened there!!!!!!!
The second letter was my debit card!!!! therefore I'v never even used the account.
Does anyone have any ideas why this maybe?? I'm gonna ring them tonight about it but just thought I'd ask on here first.
They have'nt charged me for being overdrawn which is nice of them (:rotfl: ) but I wanna know why they've took £2 off me. Could it be that I've not put any money into the account yet??
Cheers

no. it's just the classic plus account. I purposely did not open an account that you have to pay for so I'll be p***ed if they have upgraded the account already!!
