That's really bad news that so many people didn't get their prizes. I know you all feel it's better to let it drop but personally I would keep chasing them. They shouldn't be so lax - I remember them putting a FB post up about the end of February saying EVERYTHING had now been posted out - so you should keep on at them. I know they're only small prizes but it's the principle!!

I thought I was the only one! Two of my prizes haven't come either. I am not giving up! I have emailed, written to them (posted letter) and rung them numerous times. I have kept a record of all that with dates and who I have spoken to. Giving them one more week and then writing one more letter. As someone has already said, they are small prizes, but we expect better treatment from a paper like Telegraph. Will keep you posted here.

Hi, The lady that replied to me was someone called Rachael, that was in February when she said she would get my color sent out. Still waiting however.

When I got in touch with customer services, i was told that I would be contacted by Rachael Dove. That was at the beginning of March and I'm still waiting to hear from her! Does she exist?
