HI All

Found i had these 2 lovelies on my credit file that i had totally forgotten.

One was a loan for £150 now wanting £568

one was £80 now wanting £356

I have tried to call them both to organise a payment to them. One insisted i speak to Opus and the other left me on hold for 45 minutes.

Has anyone any advice as i will pay loan plus one months interest to them to clear debts (i believe this is standard)

Any advice is great

Thanks

Out of interest, how did you "forget" that you had borrowed money and not paid it back?

Because loads of folk are ridiculously irresponsible when it comes to money.

It is 'standard' to pay back the loan in accordance with the agreement made when you borrowed the money.

It is not standard to 'forget' that you borrowed money from someone then pay it back with whatever interest you feel like paying when it suits you.
