anyone used stepchange?

my partner has a DMP and is being charged £37 a month management fee buy the company he uses.
after weeks of pestering him i have finally persuaded him to change to a company that dont charge and stepchange seems to be the one he is going to use.
just wondered if anyone has ever used them for this sort of thing?

Hello there,
We work with Stepchange very closely. They are a reputable firm who have been providing free DMPs for many years. They used to be known as 'The Consumer Credit Counselling Service'. I'm sure you'll see that they are highly recommended by the folks here on the MSE forums.

I'm just setting up a new DMP with StepChange… the process has been very simple and their advisors friendly and easy to talk to.
I was paying Gregory Pennington nearly £40 a month for the privilege of their DMP, wish I'd come here and cottoned-on to StepChange years ago!0 -
I currently have a DMP with StepChange and can not recommend them highly enough they have even completely brilliant - 3 years to go!! Your other half could not be in better hands
