Won a copy of Titanfall for PC via their Twitter comp on 18th March.
All my messages on Twitter & FB go completely ignored and still no prize received.... looking at their feedback on FB from their customers their service is shocking

Yes, I won an XFX goody bag worth £500 in 2012 with them. It did take a good month to get my prizes and lots of chasing up. Won on 10th August 2012 and received on 14 September 2012.0
