Mag win wants photo?

Had a couple of small wins lately from Goodtoknow on the daily comps, they have requested a photo.... do I have to send one? On other daily mag wins, I have never been asked for one, Look, Now mag etc......

You can use my picture if you want but I will have to claim the prize :-)

Failing that I suggest that you do not send a pic,I wouldn't in the same position.Congrats.

Just one more thing it's ok to chase the prize if it doesn't show up, even if I don't send a photo? One prize is reaching the deadline to arrive.

I would say chase away.If the picture element is not in the terms Mr.Mutton would not like them declining you having the prize.

There is nothing in the T&C's requiring you to send one but if you do they they can use it.

Prize winner's details will be displayed on the website as first name or initial and surname only e.g. Susan Smith or S. Smith. Any images and or names supplied will be deemed to have had any copyright ownership transferred to goodtoknow Magazine and competitions.goodtoknow.co.uk and may be used for future promotions.
