Hi
Can anyone tell me the best tray bakes that can be made 3 days before the Cake Sale when they'll be sold?
Thanks

Here's a few to get you going. If you google you should find the recipes.
Various flapjacks for a start-plain,cherry,sultana,choc chip.
Malteser slice,mars bar slice,peppermint slice.
Lots more will come up if you do a search. Those ones I've suggested will easily keep, provided you hide them from everyone in the house.Fully paid up member of S.A.B.L.E.

You could also look at refrigerator cakes and coconut ice, simple and effective and will keep for a few days before sale if stored correctly.

Properly gooey chocolatier than chocolate brownies actually improve for a couple of days IMO in the tray. Three days would be perfect.0
