Over on CAG poster getting really nervous over last few days encouraged them to keep at it.
In court this AM Judge threw it out, sketchy at the moment but seems deemed an unfair penalty.

I saw that but I think it was the same one posting on another PE case saying that they had won.
I did search but that's all I found.

What is significant that that the judge appears to have ruled on GPEOL. If so, that shoots PE's claim down in flames that they never have lost a case on that point.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

The LPC law bod told them he was going to apply for £320 costs, instead they lost and they had costs awarded against them.
Hopefully more detailed info will come when the OP finishes their celebratory drinky poos!0
