Do you think I am right about the thickness of the soup? Ie the thicker the quicker it loses the heat. I wish I could remember physics!!!! I keep thinking of molecules vibrating ha
Stanley flasks have a lifetime guarantee. Get in touch with Stanley uk. I got mine replaced last year, no hassle at all, didnt even need a receipt.
I had a food jar and for three months it was fine then it started doing what yours is doing. They used to be a great item till they started making them in China and now the quality is no where near.0 -
This week I have:
A tub of houmous (£1)
Pack of oatcakes (59p)
2 x avocados (£1.80)
Punnet cherry tomatoes (90p)
4 x apples (45p)
Small block cheese (£1)
This has done me for 4 lunches and a snack (the apple and cheese) but I've also got 4 plums (50p reduced) and 4 bananas (40p?), plus 4 packs of value crisps (22p split out) and 4 choc digestive bars (24p split out).
That's £7.10 for 4 lunches and all my snacks for the day. All Tesco value prices except the oatcakes which were Nairns on a half price offer and the avos, so you could probably get that cheaper by buying the avos from a market.
I'll also have a cup a soup with it if I feel hungry and/or cold (90p for but you can get cheaper ones). So £8 including that.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

I currently am obsessing over a soup I recently made, super easy, very tasty and filling. I worked it out to be 27p per serving! Depending on the day I might have HM bread with either butter or hummous with it. Still turns out to be very cheap!

I will also normally bring a small slice of HM cake or a couple of HM cookies in for afternoon snack with tea.Nessy x
