in Cutting tax
I had a property that was rented out and I declared the income via self assessment.
Over the last 5 years I have had several different tax codes and have paid owed tax back through PAYE and also paid back a tax refund by monthly payments (refund was issued by mistake).
I think that I have over paid at some point over the last 5 years. I there a website that does historical checks where you enter the last 5 years income and tax codes to check?

If you self assess every year, then your tax incl. PAYE should be correct, providing that you fill in gross annual pay and tax figures from your job(s) as per P45 and/or P60.
If you never put the PAYE figures on your returns, they could be all incorrect.
If you are going to use any tax calculator, you have to incl your rental profit from each year as it is a part of your taxable income. If you don't do that, you won't get correct result.0
