Child Maintenance

Going through a split with my partner - looking at how much I'd need to pay potentially towards our 3yr old. I'll be having him overnight once a week.
I currently pay £243 in childcare (He's with a childminder 3 days a week). So would I include that as part of my maintenance payment?
Looking at the CSA site, it suggests I need to pay £51 a week. Do I keep paying childcare as well as the £51 a week, or instead of? Confused!

If you were to go through the CSA they would calculate the maintenance as the maintenance only, you are free to pay anything additional you wish but they cannot force you.
If you are having an informal arrangement then you would agree the payments with your partner
If she works there is a possibility that up to 70% of the childcare costs will be paid via tax credits, there is also the 15 hours free for child over 3.
Maybe you could work out how much is left after the free time and tax credits contribution and agree to split that 50/50, although in theory the maintenance you pay could be used for that0
