I received this email yesterday. I found the comp on their website but not on here. It doesn't say anything about being shortlisted though and i'm nowhere near Liverpool.

Says winner notified yesterday.

So they probably just need to see you're in the UK. There's no terms stating you need to be nearby, if they ask, just say you're planning on making a trip there and stumbled across their website whilst looking for taxis. (or so on)

You could just give a county rather than your town etc. I don't think that would be giving away too much info if you're worried it's dodgy.
