Court query

Hi
Ive recently taken my ex to court through MCOL for belongings to be returned to me which he refused to give back after I left.
He disputed the judgement and it went to county court which he failed to attend. The judge advised to start enforcement immediately.
I waited the 14 days for the judgment to arrive so I could instruct but Ive received a "General Form of Judgment or Order" and Im confused.
Its states:
"IT IS ORDERED THAT
The application to set judgment aside be struck out"
Obviously they rejected his request but where do I go from here? Am I all good to instruct baliffs now?
Any help would be much appreciated.
