Child maintenance section 55 was replacaced by section 42 2008 act
For a child to be qualifying they have to satisfy the prescribed conditions of the 1992 social security benefits and contributions act as amended by child benefit general regulations 2005....
The condition 3to 8 have to be satisfied
Condition 8 child getting other financial support, a child is no longer qualifying if they get other support in their own right
Income support, universal credit, income support, esa, tax credit or incapacity benefit... The other person needs to fight0
