re-house charges

hi guys, need a bit of advice.
daughters in a acrimonious partnership , with a joint mortgage, £113k, Interest only, and NO repayment method.
He moved out, and it's been marketed for 2 years, no sale, as unmortgagable due to construction type.so cash sale only.
She's moving out to live with new partner, in his house, and her ex is moving back in.He will scupper any sale, he's done it before.
Thanks to me, she's debt free, and I took her charges off the house to sell.
He has debts galore, but no charges of his on the house.YET;
IF he dies, ( he's a lot older than her), the property goes to her, BUT, if he has debts, can they put charges for them on the house" after death"
, and Daughters has to pay, including Mortgage?
They each pay half of mortgage, BUT, if he won't sell, I suggest she just stops paying, he's living there, let him pay.
She's seen lawyer to force a sale ages ago, but, no buyer, no sale.
Any advice appreciated.
