Mortgage after Bankruptcy (2004)

All,
Just wondered what you all felt the chances of getting a mortgage after a 2004 Bankruptcy?
I have no debts at all and no further defaults (my credit file is clear).
Getting a mortgage with my Fiance (who owns her home), £110000 mortgage needed and house is valued at £180000. Earning 35K.
I have heard some horror stories out there just wondered what you thought.
Many thanks

From what I have read on hear it depends when you where discharged, so long as it's been 6 years since the discharge then there will be lenders.
I have read nationwide are one to look at as long as you answere yes about the bankruptcy, it gets referred and checked manually, they would likely want to go through bank statements etc with a fine tooth combe.
This is only from threads I have read on here, I'm sure someone more qualified will pop up and give you the correct answere

There will be lenders fr this because of the age of the bankruptcy. Its probably worth speaking to a broker but im pretty sure you will have no problems getting a mortgage assuming everything else is ok.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
