Don't know whether or not you are expecting a Widescreen monitor. This one definitely isn't! And I think widescreens are the way to go (unless you don't really want one!).
You can get a 19" widescreen monitor for £93.30 (cheaper than than the standard one you bought) at Savastore.
The good news is that if you want the 19" widescreen one, you're covered by the Distance Selling regs if you want to send it back (assuming you bought it online;)).0
