Me too, had 4 x NW for the 5% all now sat dormant. Set up 1 x DD and 1 x SO to myself on one of them and switched to Co-op a couple of weeks ago for the £100+£25.

So 3 NW left, one will go to Tesco when they open up their current accounts soon (rumoured to be a reasonable joining incentive) and another will prob go to HFX for another £100.

Santander is permanently 3% (no time limitation) variable.

I didn't think you could set up a DD to yourself, only a SO ?
How do you do it, please ? would like to open another account that needs 2 DD's, but already have used all my DD's to get interest on other accounts.

    £2 v £1

No apparent multibuy so could get any number (up to 10)

No-one confirmed results since OP posted. Wombles from yesterday showed max didnt compare at £1 so might just be regular

No apparent mbuy. I suspect it is just a glitch on regular (just a glitch Savvy, just a glitch?;):D) - no, I mean the glitch only extends to that version:rotfl: - although not enough for me to say "no apparent..." as the bacons didn't show any mbuy and yet one of them saw it compared to £2.55:(, the same as for two:). I therefore missed out, messed up on those - may have been misinformation?!?

I don't mind it not being the Max but just the regular. I can never tell any difference - they'll all the same anyway aren't they?:rotfl: Happy with regular, but I think I'll get two. Will help get more towards the bigger APG vouchers I've got! Is it on mbuy in A - if it is, I am so wishing that a couple then returning from two times individual price on them!:rotfl:?

That's a bloomin good tip. I was waiting for the wine to shoot out the end or the bottom smash. Wonder if it works everytime. :rotfl:

QoC - sorry to hear about your cat. Its very hard especially when you have had to leave them elsewhere. It could be so many things that I feel only a visit to the vet's can answer your question - could be anything from diabetes or toothache to kidney failure. Great advice to go to PDSA or Blue Cross if you have one near you and I am sure they will be able to best advise what is going on so you can make a decision but they should be able to say if toothache or other to be explored. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. :A

Had to leave my first cat with mum and dad when I joined OH in Germany for 2 years. Always told to take him to the vets if a problem. When we got him back he wasn't right but couldn't put my finger on it - not going out, tripping over our feet, crying all the time etc. Tried 3 or 4 vets said he was ok, kidneys fine..... So put it down to not liking being moved from my parents :(. Finally I took him to my aunt's vet across the Pennines who also said he was ok - but as he looked in his eyes I noticed that his pupil did not contract with the light (they were so busy looking behind the eyes at optic nerve none had noticed). After tests showed he had kidney failure (large cat, large kidneys so when they started shrinking they felt normal sized) also eyes not working with the brain (either injury from a fall or I suspect he might have been an early feline aids case). Mum said he had taken to following her everywhere and stopped chasing the dogs :o. I should have called him Genghis cat ...lol. Only testing confirmed .. so if its required .... Sending hugs .....

You need an intermediary account that permits DDs ie savings account in your name (Tesco/Santander) or if you have a Paypal account you can use that.

Note. Many switches 'suggest' 2 x DD, but when you look closer some permit either DD or SO. I could have done 2 x SO for Co-op.
