Another one from last night, as I'm trying to catch up! I knew this would be pretty rubbish as I unfurled the receipt, glanced at the items on it and said "oh gawd:(".
It was so bad that it was more than 10% more expensive for T, S and M. However, despite how unimpressed I was at those "Premix Cans" and their multiple purchasing, it did at least compare favourably vs one place where there were few comparable items and therefore it is still a positive return. 3p vs Waities:(:rotfl: - but at least the APG system works!:rotfl::rotfl:

I had a bit of chuckle from one of my wombles last night when I saw they'd decided to go for the 150ml Nivea Pearl & Beauty.:rotfl: Then my chuckle turned to a slight frown as it helped the womble to give no APG.
Same offer instore in A but different offer in A on msm.... If you want to be pedantic :cool:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Is anyone else feeling shopped out? I am. I normally only go shopping twice a week but Ive been everyday for over a week now. Not buying loads, just stocking up on robinsons at As and spending HHs at Ts. As others have said, I have enough, if not too much of practically everything. I have one more HH to use over the weekend and after that Im giving my glitch boots a rest for a bit
.........unless there's a coke can glitch
Good afternoon
Totally agree.
Goes to show what a teamwork can do regarding the glitches. With everybody sharing their finds so many can benefit.
It's been pouring all day here so I'm having a rest from shopping and wombling.0 -

Rose, I so feel for you, you are being a star, and do need to think of yourself.
Our Mum has her difficult moments, and they can be rather stressful, but often later she may realise what she was doing and hopefully make some attempt at an apology. At the moment she is not good and is also stuck in bed, but we are not sure why apart from muscle spasms. She gets direct payments to cover 4 hours per day to pay myself and a bit to my my sis. My sis has been there this morning, and i'm taking over from lunchtime, after getting them some shopping in from A's. What Mum doesn't see is she is often getting 8 hours or more a day, which of course we don't mind because she is 'mum', but when you say to her 'I got to go Mum' and she says 'Can you just ....... before you go' it can get a bit much when you have literally just run out of time and then she gets the hump!
Sometimes I feel like I need to get out in the real world more, perhaps get a 'normal' job in Asbo's :rotfl:, but I know those 4 hours she has now would result in 4 brief agency visits, almost def. not enough time to help her shower each day which she likes to do, so she would still be asking if I could come round before/after work and i'd be even worse off!
I have now been doing this for 2 years, and I really do miss the real world of work, at it makes me feel loopy at times. You are doing the right thing Rose. :A
I am about to get in touch about Direct Payments cause she wants someone there at night and we thought this might be a better way to fund it together with her Attendance Allowance. My Mum's carer's only come for 30 mins each time but it is enough time for a wash or shower, get her dressed and undressed and feed her twice s day. If they have time they do dishwasher and hang out washing. They are very good but if Mum had her way it would be just me doing all that. I dont know why Mums think it is ok to expect one of their daughters to give up a big part of her life to care for her. Mum is well covered for care has a cleaner also and has good food every day.
Really looking forwward to work next week. Its been 7 years since I worked for someone other than my sis.

That's what I meant!:D It goes without saying that it's got to be the something on the 4 for £3 instore, otherwise why would you buy without getting the instore mbuy discount? And why would the fourth item be one other than one that's not in the same offer online? No-one would ever shop any other way: you just wouldn't!:rotfl:0 -
fairclaire wrote: »I'm back. Got a trouting in As. I was using a £9.xx APG. SA noticed I'd only paid £8.xx cash for the shop. I tried explaining that was only because I'd used another voucher to pay for part of it. She was having none of it. Insisted that they couldn't let me spend a voucher that was more than I'd paid.......blah blah.
She called for SV who took an age to arrive. She was staring at me like she had just wiped me off her shoe all this time. I just nonchalantly fiddled with my phone. SV arrived and she they had a secretive whisper about it, he was nice enough. Suspended the transaction and took me to CS and explained to lady on there. She didn't bat an eyelid, scanned the suspended transaction receipt, scanned my APG and I paid. Then I paid for a couple of reduced items I had and off I went. Waste of my time.....I was in a hurry as well!
I'm naming and shaming her for my local friendsTracey, long blonde hair about 40ish. Avoid!!
Oh and what's the email address for the queen.....because I think I need to complain about this:rotfl:

We do like a bottle every now and again:)
But I can't work it out... Would £40 before the wine discount allow for the pp to be used?
I tend to go overboard when in t not adding up properly then end up paying more than I really wanted:(
No, the total has to be £40 after wine discount. That's how I fluffed up the other day. They didn't have some of the wine on my list and the stuff I got was slightly cheaper meaning I only spent £37 and couldn't use my HH0
