I'm back. Got a trouting in As. I was using a £9.xx APG. SA noticed I'd only paid £8.xx cash for the shop. I tried explaining that was only because I'd used another voucher to pay for part of it. She was having none of it. Insisted that they couldn't let me spend a voucher that was more than I'd paid.......blah blah.

She called for SV who took an age to arrive. She was staring at me like she had just wiped me off her shoe all this time. I just nonchalantly fiddled with my phone. SV arrived and she they had a secretive whisper about it, he was nice enough. Suspended the transaction and took me to CS and explained to lady on there. She didn't bat an eyelid, scanned the suspended transaction receipt, scanned my APG and I paid. Then I paid for a couple of reduced items I had and off I went. Waste of my time.....I was in a hurry as well!

I'm naming and shaming her for my local friends Tracey, long blonde hair about 40ish. Avoid!!

Oh and what's the email address for the queen.....because I think I need to complain about this :rotfl:
