I have no intentions of querying it, that is why i asked on here instead. I thought i had seen posts mentioning it but cannot find them now, so posted in the hope someone could enlighten me as to what happens now.

I haven't been doing C&C for ages but from what I can remember of previous posts, I don't think a negative balance on your shop is something that corrects itself? That is I don't think they automatically give you back the difference. If that's not right Im sure someone will say
