ahhh, it was wine. that I got
You're right, front of conditional spend till spits say "excludes spirits and liqueurs" even in Jockland
I got the urge to go even further with them in how they've applied this policy. By their replies to me it seems that they are not treating vouchers as cash and are basing the policy on how much hard cash is actually paid for the alcohol, which there is absolutely no requirement for them to do. Someone in Sains has definitely used a sledgehammer to crack a nut with this and I reckon it could cost them.
I was only really trying to make a point to them after the first 2 ridiculous replies to my query0 -

My DS1 partner gets this benefit and has had an extra payment put into her bank today, she has no idea why but she telling me a lot of peeps over on Facebook also saying the same happened to them too, so just thought i would ask the Elite if anyone else has had similar happen or anyone knows why?
Could it be that tax credits pay 4 weekly which makes 13 payments a year not 12 so you get 2 payments in one month0 -
TrulyMadly,
I might chuck some of these in an SvA shop ([strike]assuming the wife doesn't mind switching from Boots own brand[/strike] on second thoughts, I'll just get them :rotfl:)
9 would cost £21 (£10 of points doubled up and £1 cash) and you'd get £7.50 BM back
That could be used on the same brand blemish sticks which are cheapest in S at £2 each and 3 for 2. i.e. buy 6 for £8 to kill the £7.50 BM along with 50p cash
The first shop coming to £21 could easily be made up to £30 to use up a £6 off £30 CS (I've got some too)
